Disparity Games’ quirky parkour platformer, Ninja Pizza Kız, has managed to free-run its way onto Sony and Microsoft’s home consoles. The game has recently launched for the PS4 and Xbox One as a digital title.

The side-scroller originally came out last year back in September, and released on Steam for $12.99. The single-player, story-driven parkour game managed to garner a small audience on PC, but the developers wanted to broaden their horizons and possibly nip them some console gamers in the process.

Nicole Stark from Disparity Games commented in the press release about the leap to the PlayStation and Xbox systems, saying…

“We’re incredibly excited to finally bring Ninja Pizza Girl to next generation console platforms” “and I can’t wait to see what people think of Gemma’s heart (and stomach) warming adventures”.

As demonstrated in the video above, as players deliver pizzas and earn some dosh, they can deck out the ninja pizza girl with some new threads, ranging from classic kunoichi outfits to classic pizza deliver outfits. A little something for everyone.

It managed to carve out a small niche as a decent platformer, not unlike vektör, which started off as a browser game but evolved into a very challenging and difficult platformer that eventually made its way to Steam.

As for the PS4 and Xbox One version of Ninja Pizza Kız, it runs at 1080p and 60 frames per second. Achievements, trophies and online leaderboards help round out the gameplay experience. It’s one of those charming little indie titles, so if you really feel like fleshing out your gaming library with the platformer you can, but it’s not like it’s one of those games you just can’t do without.
